Dynamic brake with fall-arrest safety system for a 250 kg load and 10 m cable. Optional for electrically or manually lifted hanging goals. One end attached to the lowest part of the goal and the other to a fixed point on the upper structure; arrests a falling goal should the support straps, the lifting cable or any element holding the goal in place fail. Under normal conditions, this brake does not act when the hoops are raised or unfolded, but inertia activates the brake automatically if there is a sudden drop, preventing the whole unit from falling.
